Screen printing is the best method for customized apparel and high-volume orders.
SCREEN PRINTING
TYPES OF SCREEN PRINTING
We offer a variety of screen printing services to fit your individual needs. Standard printing uses plastisol based inks for durable prints that will last for years, and can accommodate up to 14 colors per location, with a maximum print size of 15” x 18”.
Full-color, detailed printing is achievable on both light and dark garments with CMYK printing or simulated process printing, which uses halftone blending to achieve the appearance of a full-color print.
Need it big or shiny? We can take it up a notch with effects like metallic, puff, blister, or phosphorescent inks.
Need your shirts retail ready? We also offer private labeling — we can print your own custom branded size tag inside each shirt, or sew in a woven tag. We can attach hem tags, hang tags, and even fold and bag the shirts individually, for the finishing touch.
EMBROIDERY
We offer up to 15 thread colors per location, and a number of specialty embroidery styles, including custom lettering, 3D puff, simulated chenille, simulated cross-stitch, and simulated hand embroidery, among others. Our vast catalog of thread colors allows us to closely match the colors of your logos and branding with incredible accuracy. We stock dozens of thread types, including high-shine, matte, flame resistant, metallic, wool and cotton blends, and eco-friendly options.
Stand out from the crowd — for items that aren’t typically suited for screen printing, embroidery is a great way to elevate garments. Embroidery is especially great for polos, hats, or promotional gear.
